Do I need a consultation before starting any treatments?
Yes. We require all clients to complete a consultation so we can assess your needs and create a personalized plan.

Yes. Our programs are tailored with guidance from medical professionals to ensure safe and effective results based on your goals.

What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, we’ll complete an intake assessment, review your goals, and provide treatment recommendations. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

Are your treatments safe for people with medical conditions?
We take your medical history seriously. Some treatments may require clearance from your healthcare provider. Please inform us of any conditions during your consultation.

Do you offer services for mental health or stress management?
Yes. We offer supportive services addressing fatigue, sleep issues, stress, anxiety, and depression as part of our holistic approach.

It’s a treatment that targets stubborn fat areas using technologies like ultrasound or radiofrequency—no surgery, no downtime.

Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Skincare needs vary based on skin type and concerns, but many clients benefit from monthly treatments.

How do I prepare for my treatment session?
We’ll provide you with specific instructions depending on your treatment type. In general, stay hydrated, avoid heavy makeup, and follow any pre-treatment guidelines given at your consultation.

Is there downtime after treatments?
Most of our treatments are noninvasive with little to no downtime. We’ll let you know what to expect during your consultation.

How can I book an appointment?
You can call us directly, or stop by the spa to schedule in person.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you accept insurance?
Currently, our services are self-pay. However, we can provide documentation if your HSA or FSA covers wellness services.

Are payment plans available for services and treatments?
Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans or arrangements.
